Oleg also routinely reviews, drafts and negotiates advertising and marketing agreements, as well as advertising contests and sweepstake rules for advertisers.
Oleg was also seconded to the local subsidiary of US-headquartered FMCG company, where for more than one year he was in charge of full legal support of advertising campaigns, including ad contests, advertising, marketing, and media agreements with various advertising agencies, TV channels and celebrities. In addition, Oleg was deeply engaged on reviewing and advising on using vast number of on-package advertising claims and labeling issues.
