Ladislav Mádl

Ladislav obtained his Master’s degree (Mgr.) in law from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2015. Ladislav joined Randl Partners in 2012 and he is an attorney-at-law since 2019. His main areas of expertise comprise commercial and civil law with focus on corporate, marketing and general contract law. Ladislav is also experienced and regularly advises Czech and international clients in the fields of and marketing and advertising law and food law. Ladislav regularly helps with lecturing at legal trainings for clients especially in the area of corporate law and currently specialises also in the anti-pandemic measures related to fight against COVID-19. Ladislav is fluent in Czech and English.
