David Wolberg

After completing his law studies at the University of London, David Wolberg was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1997.  David joined the law firm of Kuperschmit, Goldstein & Co., as partner and head of the Advertising and Intellectual Property Law department in the firm.

As such, in addition to all aspects of IP, David handles a wide range of advertising and marketing law issues.  David has extensive experience in the field of marketing and advertising law, inclusive of on line marketing, the consumer protection law and its derived regulations, data protection, promotions via competitions, sweepstakes and gifts.  David regularly reviews skilled based competitions, sweepstakes and advertisements prior to their launch in the Israeli market. He represents clients from the beauty and the apparel industries, high tech companies and automobile manufacturers.
