KMVS Law Office is a renowned and dynamically developing law office based in the historic center of Prague. It was established on 1 January 2006, with most of our partners having more than ten years of professional experience. When selecting our junior lawyers and other colleagues, we make sure that they are top professionals. We emphasize the maintenance of a stable team of lawyers who are perfectly in tune with our clients’ needs, which has enabled us to establish strong personnel and professional credentials.
Our aim is to provide high quality and flexible legal services, while emphasizing understandable, precise, and clear formulation. Our legal services are also provided in some specialized legal fields, such as personal data protection, advertising law, electronic communications, identity protection, and pharmaceutical law. Our current client portfolio consists of more than 100 Czech and foreign business entities, mainly from the fields of advertising, marketing, media, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, retail sales, development, commercial centers, and state administration. Our activities are covered by above-standard liability insurance.
We provide legal services in the Czech, English, and Spanish languages. We can of course also provide legal services through our partner law offices in Slovakia and other European countries.
Within the framework of our activities, we regularly publish articles and opinions in specialized magazines and periodicals, such as Marketing & Media, Trend Marketing, Strategie, Marketing Magazine, Lidové noviny, Zdravotnické noviny, and PharmBusiness. Members of our law office are guests on certain professional programs on Czech Television, such as Média a svět, Fokus ČT24, and Občanské judo on Nova TV. Our services are supported by the organization of or lecturing at a number of professional conferences and seminars, as well as by our cooperation with certain educational institutions and schools, such as the University of Economics, Ogilvy Institute, ADMAZ conferences, etc.
