Our Advertising and Marketing Practice brings clarity and guidance to advertising and promotional marketing by: (1) minimizing the risks of competitor challenges, regulatory investigations and consumer lawsuits, and (2) compliance with the country’s advertising legislation and self-regulation guidelines to promote fair competition and consumer rights, which involve the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO), the Federal Commission against Sanitary Risks (COFEPRIS), the Ministry of the Interior (SEGOB), and the Mexican Self-Regulation National Council (CONAR), among others.
