“Digital & Data”, our technology, media and telecommunications practice, is the largest specialised TMT team in the region.  Relevant to GALA, we regularly advise local and international clients on issues ranging from content and media regulation in the Middle East through to local promotions and sweepstakes requirements, retail data analytics, broadcasting, sponsorship and media production. The team works closely with the Intellectual Property team, who regularly assists us with registration and enforcement of intellectual property rights throughout the Middle East.  We also have a specialist Sports & Events practice, which has worked on many of the high-profile events held in the region, including the Abu Dhabi F1 Grand Prix.

We act for a variety of global brands, advertisers, advertising agencies and other marketing service suppliers. We address all commercial and contractual matters relating to advertising and content, as well as providing advice on complex regulatory issues.  As a team, we maintain close relationships with many government authorities so that we can more readily assist our clients with up-to-date advice.
