A substantial part of our experience concerns unfair commercial practices, including providing up-front opinions on advertisements and educating our clients on central aspects of advertising law.
Moreover, we regularly act in proceedings before various alternative dispute resolution and self-regulatory bodies. This includes appearing before the Hungarian Competition Authority and other consumer protection authorities (such as the Hungarian Authority for Consumer Protection) as well as in court for judicial review of the decisions of all of those authorities.
Our clients are mostly multinational companies, as well as major and mid-sized Hungarian companies. Besides that, we count artists, and media clients as well as start-up companies among our clients.
