Our IP practice focuses on contentious and non-contentious IP, regulatory and IT matters. In IP, we prosecute trademarks and designs and enforce all types of IP, including patents. Our IP & IT team is one of the largest and most active on the Latvian legal market with 13 lawyers, including 3 trademark and design attorneys (all additionally qualified before the Latvian Bar).
