On 1 November 2016, Daniël Haije was appointed chairman of the Netherlands Advertising Law Association (Vereniging voor Reclamerecht, “VvRr”). The VvRr is an association of lawyers for lawyers from all segments of the advertising sector, with the objective of ensuring that advertising regulations are adequate and clearly formulated. The association organises interesting lectures and advises policy makers on advertising regulations. Daniël took over the gavel from Ebba Hoogenraad, who has been appointed an honorary member of the association and has also taken a seat on the Advisory Council.
