Jasmina Suljović is the partner in charge of advising clients on consumer lending business including chartering and licensing, loan origination and servicing, secondary purchase and due diligence. She represents clients in confidential, non-public investigations and legal compliance in commercial transactions. She also serves as litigation counsel for financial services companies, advises on consumer financial laws, and provides strategic and risk management counsel to consumer finance companies. In addition to advising and representing corporate clients, Jasmina served as a consultant in EU-funded policy development projects. Jasmina holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Business Law from Central European University, Budapest, Hungary and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Sarajevo.
