Mirna Milanović-Lalić is Founding Partner with over 15 years of experience of advising and representing foreign and local corporate clients and professional organizations. Mirna often serves as advisor and representative in M&A transactions involving media and technology, telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries. She has leading market experience in media regulatory, license compliance, copyright enforcement, domain disputes and e-commerce issues.
She served as President of the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bosnia and Herzegovina for two consecutive terms and established its IPR Committee. She holds a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Duquesne University School of Law, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (USA).
