Jaclyne is a marketing, advertising and regulatory lawyer who works with a wide range of clients including manufacturers, importers, exporters, distributors, resellers and retailers. Jaclyne advises on new product launches in Canada and advertising campaigns.

She advises on regulatory compliance and licensing issues, including federal and/or provincial laws regarding deceptive marketing practices, e-commerce, food safety, cannabis, pharmaceuticals, natural health products and cosmetics, medical devices, alcohol, motor vehicles, privacy and anti-spam, import/export and customs, and consumer protection. She also provides compliance advice in connection with product labelling and packaging, reviews of contests, promotions, ads, commercials and other marketing materials.

Jaclyne regularly drafts and negotiates commercial contracts for clients in a wide range of industries, including advertising agency, sponsorship, influence and co-marketing agreements, supply of goods, distribution, reseller, packaging and labelling, warehousing and manufacturing agreements, as well as. Jaclyne assists with privacy policies and website terms and conditions.

She works with companies at all stages, from initial start-up to the development and protection of long standing businesses.
