Pavel is a founding Partner at Randl Partners.

Pavel is a recognised specialist in commercial law with a focus on corporate law, law of contract and international trade, IT law, intellectual and industrial property law and related dispute resolution. Pavel also advises clients on mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations. 

Pavel earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 1991. In 1992, he completed his postgraduate studies and obtained a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in International and Comparative Law from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. After graduating, Pavel worked for three years with a German-based international law firm in Stuttgart and in Prague. In 1995, Pavel co-founded a law firm in Prague, which soon became a prominent player on the Czech legal market. Since 2009, Pavel has been working in Randl Partners, a boutique-type law firm, which he founded with his wife Nataša Randlová.

Pavel is recommended as an expert in the area of corporate and commercial law, telecommunications and media and cross-border restructuring and insolvency. 

Pavel advises clients in numerous Czech and international transactions and provides legal services concerning IP, advertising, telecommunications, competition and regulatory law. He has experience representing clients before Czech courts and other public authorities. Pavel represents domestic and foreign companies doing business in the Czech Republic, as well as Czech companies doing business abroad.

Pavel is fluent in Czech, English and Russian and has a working knowledge of German.
