Johanna Flythström is a Helsinki-based Principal Associate in Roschier's Marketing & Consumer law practice. Johanna is specialized in marketing & consumer law as well as intellectual property law (incl. transactional IP & technology matters as well as licensing). Johanna's experience also includes advising clients in various contractual and regulatory matters in particular in the fields of life sciences, TMT, and digitalization. She has also considerable experience from acting as a counsel in marketing and consumer law disputes as well as in IP and technology disputes, including in multi-jurisdictional IP litigations.

Johanna regularly advises clients, such as international large brand owners, in various types of marketing & consumer law and regulatory matters including marketing campaigns, consumer contracts, product information and marketing requirements (including pricing and labelling), as well as sector-specific prerequisites for market entry. Her practice also includes representing clients regularly in marketing and consumer law disputes as well as before the supervising authorities. She is dual qualified (Member of the Finnish Bar and the State Bar of California, US).
