Fernando Godoy is a Partner at BLP based in Honduras. He is highly specialized in Intellectual Property Law, and is an active member of the Inter-American Intellectual Property Association (ASIPI) and of the International Trademark Association (INTA).

His practice includes the advisory, registration, protection and follow-up of Intellectual Property rights for international companies. Fernando has extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution of cases regarding Intellectual Property Rights violations.

His expertise also covers Regulatory Law matters, advising companies in all stages of procedures to obtain product registrations and permits before the pertinent authorities.

He graduated from the School of Law and Social Sciences of Universidad Nacional Autónoma of Honduras. Fernando also has an LLM Degree in Corporate Law from Suffolk University, Boston.
