Dr. Sándor Németh is a partner at Szecskay Attorneys at Law who focuses on Life-sciences with an emphasis on Biotech, corporate M&A transactions, and, his signature area of expertise, wealth management and trusts.
Dr. Németh has solid experience in private clientele, including succession planning, wealth management and family businesses, which is an area in growing demand on the legal market place.
As the Chair of the Legal Committee of the Hungarian Biotechnology Association, Dr. Németh is the name to go to for Start-ups and innovative SMEs in the Life-sciences sector. Within this field, Dr. Németh has a particular interest in R&D, with a specific emphasis on clinical trials.
