Ariana Issaias is an Of Counsel in our Nairobi office and a member of the Intellectual Property and IT Department.

Ariana specialises in commercial contracts, distribution, franchising and licensing, intellectual property (including brand portfolio enforcement), e-commerce, software development and collaboration and service arrangements for telecommunications providers.  She has a good proficiency in French, Italian, Greek and a basic but able knowledge of Spanish.

Ariana has worked extensively with counsel in the Democratic Republic of Congo in respect of various corporate and commercial arrangements and has been the point of contact for all liaisons and relations with counsel which, have been handled in French.

Ariana is a key member of our Data Protection Taskforce and has been at the fore of the developments of data protection and privacy in Kenya and has considerable experience in advising both local and international clients.
