Ebba was admitted to the bar in 1985 and has been focusing on the advertising industry since 1989. 

Clients particularly praise her point and practical advice, always noting what is possible. Ebba counsels many advertising agencies and companies on advertising law. She also advises producers of health and nutrition products on product information and food law (including) the European Claims Regulation. Ebba regularly litigates before the self-regulatory Advertising Code Committee and national courts.

Ebba is on the editorial board of the Dutch IP and advertising law journal IER. She is the former chair of the Netherlands Advertising Law Association and chairs the National Advertising Conference. She is a former board member of the Benelux Trademark and  Design Law Association, and is a member of the supervisory board of World Press Photo.
