With over 20 years of experience in the Middle Eastern legal sector, he currently serves as the Managing Partner of Karawani & Co.’s UAE office, where he leads an innovative, technology-driven legal consultancy and Intellectual Property (IP) practice. His firm is dedicated to leveraging automation and artificial intelligence to streamline legal and judicial processes in today’s data-driven world.
Raed specializes in advising local and international companies on complex matters related to Intellectual Property and Corporate Law, including drafting and strategizing complex international agreements. His core practice areas encompass business restructuring, IP, and Technology Law, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
