Shireen Dhar is a seasoned Intellectual Property Attorney with around 8 years of experience advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious IP matters. Her practice focuses on Trademarks, Copyrights and the broader realm of Transactional IP and allied rights. She is known for her strategic, business-oriented approach and her deep understanding of IP law including UAE, Middle East region and India, making her a trusted advisor to a diverse clientele—from startups to multinational corporations.
Shireen’s expertise spans the full lifecycle of intellectual property rights. She regularly advises on due diligence and IP audits, manages complex international trademark portfolios, devises filing strategies, and handles prosecutions, oppositions, invalidation actions, and enforcement matters.
Shireen also brings substantial experience in transactional IP, including structuring, franchising, licensing, and M&A-related IP support. She actively contributes to the IP community through her authorship for INTA, participation in guest lectures, mentorship programs, and speaking engagements at national and international IP forums.
She is an integral part of the Firm’s full-service Intellectual Property Practice, which comprises registered patent and trademark agents, litigators, and para-legals who offer end-to-end IP solutions.
