Peter Marciš is a partner who has been with NITSCHNEIDER & PARTNERS since 2012. He has more than 13 years’ experience and specialisation in the field of commercial and corporate law, including M&A, IT and IP, and real estate. He leads the corporate and IP & media practices at the firm. Peter is intensively involved in advertising and media law, providing legal advice to multinational corporations, including operators of social media platforms, international and local advertisers, and advertising agencies. He is also in charge of the Italian clientele and the involvement of the firm in the activities of the Italian–Slovak Chamber of Commerce.
