Kim specialises in trade mark and copyright litigation, domain and corporate name objections, advertising clearance and disputes and IP regulatory clearance.

Kim is a member of the Law Society of South Africa and a fellow of the South African Intellectual Property Institute.

Kim is also an avid commentator on IP and advertising developments in South Africa, having contributed to many publications and commentary on legislative reform affecting advertising in the country.
