Richard Wessman heads the IP department at Vinge. In the fields of IP and marketing law, Richard has litigated a number of Swedish landmark cases. Richard has experience from litigation in, for example, the Swedish Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union. He also gives strategical advice on IP and advertising law matters, including product launches and licensing issues. Richard gives lectures in IP and marketing law at the universities in Stockholm, Uppsala and Lund. He also regularly gives speeches in international conferences and is the author of several books and articles on IP and marketing law. In Chambers, Richard is rated in the highest individual tier for IP.
