Jonas D. Gassmann is an Attorney at Law specialised in intellectual property law and white collar crime. Media law (including telecoms and advertising law), IT and data law are further key areas of his practice.

He has vast litigation experience in the field of trademark, design, patent, copyright and unfair competition law, and supports clients in particular in their fight against counterfeits and enforcement of rights online. His experience in the field of white collar crime is also very broad, including in the context of internal investigations. Jonas D. Gassmann represents both companies and individuals in proceedings before Swiss authorities and courts.

Jonas D. Gassmann also advises and supports clients outside of litigation, such as on branding and advertising strategies or by negotiating and drafting complex agreements in the media and entertainment sector (e.g. TV and SVOD license and distribution agreements and co-operation agreements). He has  a profound understanding of the interactions between law, technology, and the economy.
