Karish Andrews is a Corporate partner at Lewis Silkin and a member of the firm’s Advertising & Marketing Group.  He chairs the GALA Corporate Steering Committee.

Karish regularly acts for large multinational agencies on their UK acquisitions and conversely for smaller owner-managed agencies on their sale or management buy-out.  Given the global nature of the marketing services industry, much of Karish’s work has an international element and he regularly works on matters involving other GALA member firms.

Karish has been consistently recognised in Legal 500 for his M&A work in the sector, being described as “commercial, technically excellent and always available” and “commercial and knowledgeable in the media and marketing sectors.”
