Ricardo advises and develops strategies for transactions and litigation involving trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, advertising, sports and entertainment law. He leads and coordinates lawyer teams in a wide range of intellectual property matters, including anti-counterfeiting (anti-piracy) programs.
