Our IP practice focuses on contentious and non-contentious IP, regulatory and IT matters. In IP, we prosecute trademarks and designs and enforce all types of IP, including patents. We have one of the largest Intellectual Property teams in the Estonian market with 6 full-time IP lawyers. The team covers full spectrum of IP, IT and Regulatory issues, including an in-depth expertise in such areas as pharmaceuticals, online payments, online gambling, advertising. 

Our team is also highly experienced in data privacy and trademark law. In 2019, our Senior Associate Liina Jents became the first attorney at law in Estonia who was awarded the licence of a patent attorney in the field of trademarks, industrial designs and geographical indications.
