Egon Talur is a partner and chair of the IP/IT and Data Protection practice groups at COBALT Estonia. Egon has vast experience in IP assets’ restructurings, and he has been advising clients in designing and implementing tax-efficient business structures for IP rights management. 

Egon has also advised clients in connection with cryptography-related service agreements and led projects for to ensure GDPR compliance of the clients. 

Egon’s other experience is related to corporate taxation matters, restructuring and reorganizing corporate and business structures, as well as advising on day-to-day taxation matters. Egon has been a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 2006.
