Integrated Legal Consultants was founded in April 2007, in Ghana, and was established to offer dedicated and innovative corporate legal services while ensuring that the Ghanaian and West African business community and our network of international clients benefit from the highest quality of corporate and commercial legal services. 

The Practice is equipped with up to date computer technology to enhance our efficiency, communication linkage with our clients worldwide and further assist in the accounting and management controls necessary for the operations of a full service law practice.

The Practice’s Directors have over 35 years combined legal experience in corporate and commercial practice, having worked in some of the top law firms in Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Ghana. The Practice also has consultants that complement the legal services offered. 

Currently, the Practice has offices in Accra, Ghana and benefits from correspondent relationships with other firms across the continent including Nigeria, The Gambia, Sierra Leone, Uganda, South Africa and The African Intellectual Property Organization.  

We have advised clients from across the world on local advertising laws in Ghana, including recently issuing an opinion with respect to the advertising campaign by one of the foremost international fast food chains on one side and the organizers of an international sport event watched by millions all over the world. 

The Practice has secured the registration of numerous international brands, prosecuted opposition cases and participated in anti-counterfeiting matters with a view to protecting the interest of brand owners across the globe.

We have also registered a significant  number of patents valued at millions of dollars for inventions used in the oil and gas sector in Ghana .

Members of the Practice belong to both international and national associations including the International Bar Association, International Trademarks Association, Nigerian Bar Association, Ghana Bar Association,The Certified Institute of Shippingand Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators.
