Olusola attended the Ghana School of Law [2007} ; Nigerian Law School [B.L 1991-1992]; and Obafemi Awolowo University Ile – Ife, Osun State, Nigeria [LL. B Hons. 1991; BA Hons. 1986].
She was admitted to the the Nigerian Bar in 1992 and the Ghanaian Bar in 2007
She works as a Director at Integrated Legal Consultants, Accra Ghana which she co- founded in April 2007 and oversees the IP area of the Practice.
She has also worked with Fugar & Company, Accra Ghana between 2006 – 2007; Wright & Co, Freetown, Sierra Leone from 2003 – 2005; Fourah Bay College Freetown Sierra Leone where she taught the Law of Torts, 2003- 2005; Aluko & Oyebode, Lagos Nigeria, 1994 – 2001 and Oceanic International Bank, Port Harcourt River State Nigeria from 1993 – 1994.
Over the last 27 years, Olusola has worked on diverse transactions and proffered advise to many clients including top international brand owners.
She has advised and litigated on intellectual property rights and various areas of corporate and commercial practice including advertising, acquisitions, investment, immigration. oil and gas and anti-counterfeiting. She also worked in an advisory role on various Department for International Development(DFID) projects and provided support to a local law firm on its day to day transactions in Sierra Leone.
