Ramiro Moreno Baldivieso is Senior Partner at Moreno Baldivieso. He is renowned at home and abroad as an expert in Bolivian Hydrocarbon law and regulation, International Arbitration, Intellectual Property rights, and Corporate law. He is a former Supreme Court Justice, co-author of national copyright and hydrocarbon legislation, President of the Bolivian Academy of Legal Sciences, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Estonia, and university professor at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has represented high-profile multinational corporations and international organizations in complex and sensitive operations in the Bolivian market throughout his career.
Dr. Moreno graduated from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés Law and Political Science Faculty, the foremost law school in Bolivia, and is barred in Bolivia and Argentina. He has an LLM from Harvard Law School and has consistently been acknowledged by Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, and Who's Who Legal throughout his extensive career.
He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Energy and Hydrocarbons at the University of Salamanca, Spain.
