As General Director of Intellectual Property for Moreno Baldivieso, Rodrigo Moreno ensures that the firm delivers the highest possible professional standards of legal work. He is responsible for all IP matters and the financial affairs of the IP department at the firm. He is known by national clients for his work designing and implementing IP portfolio management strategies for international market entry. He regularly advises clients, such as international large brand owners, with regards to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and advertising law, constantly applying a GLOCAL approach to his work by keeping a Global perspective within a Local mindset.
Rodrigo Moreno attended the Franklin Peirce Institute for Intellectual Property at the University of New Hampshire, where he obtained a Master's degree in Intellectual Property (LLM) in 2012. Before that, he received his Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Lynn University in Florida and later obtained a Master's degree in International Business and Finance from European Business School in London.
He recently completed the CopyrightX program from Harvard Law School and holds additional postgraduate degrees from the same academic institution.
