She also successfully represents gaming, film and publishing clients in contentious litigation and arbitration. Karen’s practice includes data and privacy compliance in the context of China’s growing privacy and data security regime, including for smart home appliances, banking and insurance, E-commerce (domestic and cross-border), and medical devices.
