Kevin‘s practice focuses on foreign investment and cross-border transactions relating to the PRC, including market entry, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, licensing, outsourcing and technology transactions. His clients include leading multinational and PRC companies in the heavily regulated media and entertainment, Internet, e-commerce and telecommunication sectors, where Kevin has particular expertise. Kevin also has substantial experience in providing general China legal advice. He has worked as acting legal director for Amazon China, and is currently the outside general counsel for the China Film Group Production Corporation. Kevin was recognized in 2012 by Chambers and Partners as a leading lawyer in China for telecom, media and entertainment work.
