Magali Garcia is a licensed attorney before the Lima Bar Association, an expert in intellectual and industrial property; competition, advertising and consumer protection, with over 15 years of experience both at a national and international level. She is one of the managing partners at the Law Firm of Allende & Garcia.

Magali studied law at the University of Lima and earned a Masters in Intellectual Property and Competition from the Catholic University in Peru. Magali is member of the Inter American Association of Industrial Property (ASIPI), the Peruvian Association of Intellectual Property (APPI), the International Trademark Association (INTA), and the Lima Bar Association. As member of those Associations, she has been member of the Anticounterfeiting Committee of INTA, period 2012 – 2013, and is member of the Education Committee of ASIPI, period 2013-2015. She is also an adjunct professor at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) teaching Communications Law.
