SK&S team member since 2003, currently the Partner heading Life Sciences department. Specialises in pharmaceuticals, foodstuffs, intellectual property and adverting law. 

Actively advises producers and distributors of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and food on many regulatory projects, including the introduction of new products to the Polish market and all aspects of advertising. He specializes in most regulated products: medicinal products, alcohol, tobacco, nicotine tobacco-free products, food supplements etc. 

Has substantial experience in handling relations with the Polish consumer protection authority, which supervises compliance of advertising with applicable laws in Poland. In particular, Jacek has advised clients in the course of proceedings instigated as a result of challenging green claims, ambush marketing and the unauthorised use of health claims on foodstuffs. A very prominent part of his practice is alcohol advertising; he acts for a number of Polish and international entities in various projects ranging from the verification of ads for analogue / digital channels, organising promotional events, preparing T&C for contest and global policies on advertising activities. 

For years he has also advised on all aspects of licensing patents, know-how in the pharmaceutical / oil and gas industry, and on intellectual property (including in precedent-setting cases before the Supreme Court). Jacek is a frequent speaker at conferences and legal training courses concerning food law, unfair competition and problems related to pharmaceutical law.
