The team works closely with the Intellectual Property team, who regularly assists us with registration and enforcement of intellectual property rights throughout the Middle East. We also have a specialist Sports & Events practice, which has worked on many of the high-profile events held in the region, including the Abu Dhabi F1 Grand Prix.
We act for a variety of global brands, advertisers, advertising agencies and other marketing service suppliers. We address all commercial and contractual matters relating to advertising and content, as well as providing advice on complex regulatory issues.
